SHIPPING POLICY
Our aim is to get you the parcel within 3-7 days if not sooner from the time that tracking number has been sent to you.
There may be many different reasons your order can be late and it may be due to unforeseen issues with our courier or stock. We will aim to let you know of the reason beforehand if we know that there is an issue. But there may be instances that there may be issues that are beyond our control. If you have any questions regarding your order please email us with your order number and question at info@glowinstyle.com.
DELIVERY
The Stylist will send you a confirmation email once they have packaged the Glow Box for you which includes tracking information about your parcel.
The Glow Box will be delivered to the address you have registered during your checkout process. It may not be possible to ship to an address if, for example, it is outside of the United Kingdom. It may not be possible to ship the Glow Box to a different address than that which you have provided during the checkout process.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
You can arrange the collection of any unwanted items using our collection services, within 5 days of receiving your Glow Box. All returned products must be unworn and in the original condition with tags and/or labels attached, and, in the case of items such as swimwear or earrings, with any protective cover or backing still on the product. If a returned product is damaged or shows signs of wear, we may charge you for the product.
Returns are FREE and Easy to do!
Step 1- Complete the Returns Form provided to you in your parcel and place it inside the mailing bag provided with your return items.
Step 2- Click here to create a returns label. Don’t have a printer? That’s OK your local Collect+ drop off point will have a printer available for you.
Step 3- Take your mailing bag with or without your label to your nearest Collect+ location. If there is no label, they can assist you there by printing out one for you.

The Essentials will be delivered to the address you have registered during your checkout process. It may not be possible to ship to an address if, for example, it is outside of the United Kingdom. It may not be possible to ship the products to a different address than that which you have provided during the checkout process.
You can purchase the Essentials and send it as a gift. At the checkout, please select the gift option and let us know whether you prefer to receive the box to your address or send the box directly to the Gift Recipient’s address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
You can return the whole box for a refund as long as the items have been unworn and in the original condition with tags and/or labels attached. And no signs of wear or damage then a refund will be provided to you. If a returned Product is damaged or shows signs of wear, we will return the product back to you with the reason and no exchange will be given. The items must be returned within the 14 days of receipt. Please contact info@glowinstyle.com if you need to return items within 14 days of receipt.
Once we receive your returned items there will be an email letting you know that your order has been received and any refund will be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5-10 working days depending on your payment provider.
However, if we haven’t received your returned items, please get in touch with us so that we can help you further.
You can return any of the products for an exchange as long as the items have been unworn and in the original condition with tags and/or labels attached. You may only return the items once for an exchange. For an exchange, please send an email to us at info@glowinstyle.com and explain the reason for the exchange and what size you need, we will then let you know if we have the size available for you. Please contact info@glowinstyle.com if you need to exchange an item within 7 working days of receipt.
For the returns for refund and exchanges, If you do not have the return bag that we have provided then just simply use your own bag/box and follow the return instructions to get your label and affix your label to your package.
Once we receive your returned items there will be an email letting you know that your order has been received for the reason you stated.
We will supply you with return bags and you will need to print out your Returns Form, so there isn’t any label in your package. You can return items via Collectplus. This is a completely free service, please follow the below directions for your label.

The Glow Online Edit is an online styling service providing an online lookbook and styling assistance so that you can decide on your own time which items to purchase on your own. Our Stylists select the products based on the style survey and provide you the images/links of the products. As a service provider, Glow in Style is not responsible for any product or price modifications and Glow in Style cannot be held liable for any contract you make with third-party retailers.
All descriptions of products, pricings, stocks are subject to change at any time by third party retailers. We cannot warrant the quality of any products, information, stocks or materials provided to you in the lookbook or obtained by you will meet your expectations. We are making every effort to display the products as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your display of any colour will be accurate.
